Board of Directors

SBA Board of Directs comprises of 13 members representing the member Banks and the CEO who is the secretariat of the Board. Each CEO/representative within the B.O.D is nominated by his /her bank in a notice letter sent to the Association. The governing Board elects the chairman and vice chairman constitutionally each year. Every chairman has a 1 year period to hold the post as defined by the SBA article of association with no re-election process.
