The training is one of the most critical tasks for the Somali Bankers Association (SBA). There are quarterly and annually conducted training here at SBA. The objectives of those training includes
* Training always increases human capital.
* Improve the individual’s level of understanding of the sector and the financial industry at large.
* Increase an individual’s skill in one or more areas of the commercial industry.
* Increase an individual’s motivation to execute their job well and innovative new products and solutions.
* Increase comprehensive productivity and performance.
The training’s audience includes professional bankers, Accountants, regulators of the commercial industry, workers of the banks, and the industry at large.
