SBA is run by Dr. Ahmed khadar A. Jama who is the constitutionally appointed merit basis CEO. According to SBA constitution, the CEO reports collectively to the B.O.D including the Chairman. The Association has three departments that work under the CEO. Those are Admin and Finance, Operations & Programs, and Communications.
